What Is a Tricep Pushdown?

If you’re interested in building muscles in your upper arm, there’s a chance you already know what a tricep pushdown is. However, in case you don’t or in case you need a reminder, the tricep pushdown is a resistance training exercise that targets the triceps brachii muscle.
